About the exam:
SAT is a DIGITAL test (New pattern 2023 ) that evaluates mathematical and verbal skills of the students aiming to do their undergraduate studies in the American universities (as well as other universities in India and world over).
Duration of the test: 2-hours and 14 minutes
DIGITAL SAT is generally conducted seven times a year, March,May, June,August, October,November and December.
It has following sections:
- Reading and Writing (2 modules )
- Duration : 64 minutes (32 minutes/module)
- Questions : 54 questions (27 questions/ module)
- Duration : 64 minutes (32 minutes/module)
- Mathematics (2 modules)
- Duration : 70 minutes (35 minute/module)
- Questions : 44 questions (22 questions/module)
- Duration : 70 minutes (35 minute/module)
Reading, Writing and Language section (2 modules) are scored on a scale of 200-800. Mathematics section (2 modules) are also scored on a scale of 200-800. The Total SAT is scored on a scale of 400-1600, in ten point increment based on the scaled score of the Reading, Writing and Mathematics sections.
